Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only Domestically.

Domestic Shipping: We partner with Shiprocket, which enables us to use the most efficient courier service for your pincode or region. Our trusted partners include DTDC, Delhivery, DHL, and Xpressbees.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India): 2–5 business days, depending on your city/region.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders (India): Flat shipping fee of ₹100.

  • Free Shipping: Available for domestic orders above ₹5,000.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched.

  • Customers will be notified via their registered email ID with all relevant shipping and tracking information.


6. Additional Information

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.

  • In case of lost or significantly delayed shipments, please contact our support team with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
