Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Fasheen offers a 100% refund policy in case you wish to cancel an order or return a product. For orders that have not been shipped we can process a refund immediately. However for delivered goods, we can issue the refund once the goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refund for items bought in-store: If you've returned a store-bought item, your refund will go back to the same payment method you used for the purchase. If that's not possible, our store team will suggest an alternative method.

Refund for online purchases: For returns of online purchases, your refund will be credited using the same payment method you used when making the purchase. If you paid by cash on delivery, we'll refund you through a bank transfer after we confirm your payment. If you prefer cash, you can request your refund at any of our stores. Just keep in mind that payment confirmation usually takes at least 5 working days.


If you've provided your bank details during the return process, all refunds for this order will be done via bank transfer. Once your return is processed, we'll email you a confirmation. All refunds will be processed within 14 days maximum. If more than 14 days pass without receiving your refund, please share this confirmation with your bank to expedite the process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Fasheen's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Fasheen for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same). Feel free to try on a product but all we ask is that the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging. In case a Seal Tag is received with the item, ensure that it remains attached & intact with the product to avoid any hassles in the event of a return/exchange.

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at customercare@fasheen.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.

2. Self-Ship: If we don't offer a pick up at your location. In such cases, we will credit the shipping costs in the form of Fasheen credits provided the product meets the return policy and you have shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us.

EXCHANGE REQUESTS

If you would like to exchange products purchased from Fasheen, please follow below mentioned steps:

1. You can call us on email us on customercare@fasheen.com to place an exchange request for sizing or replacement.

2. Alternatively, you can create exchange for products purchased from Fasheen within the specified return/exchange period (check product details page for the same) under “My Orders” section of the website. If your address is serviceable for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange ID. Please note down your exchange ID for future reference

3. Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.

4. Hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.

5. At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under “My Orders” of the website.
