Creating an account

What is ‘My Account’?

‘My Account’ has all the information related to your orders. It shows your order history, lets you track your orders, initiate exchanges and returns, and more. It also has information such as name, email id, address and contact details. Access to ‘My Account’ is password protected.

Is it necessary to create an account to shop on Fasheen?

It is not necessary to create an account to shop on Fasheen, but it is certainly helpful. It offers a lot of convenience to place and track your orders. It also allows you to order without having to fill in your details each time. Not to forget, registering gives to access to amazing offers, discounts and promotions.

How can I register?

Registering with Fasheen is extremely simple. You just need to click on the main menu bar, go to create account and use your email id to do the same. You can use a password of your choice to protect your account.

How can I reset my password?

In case you forget your password or feel the need to change it, click on ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page. A link to reset password will be sent on your registered email id.

Customization

Do you offer customization?

Yes, we do. In fact, our USP is extensive customization in both clothing and jewellery. We can create a wide range of bespoke styles as per your likes and preferences. We are an inclusive brand and can offer all sizings. If you wish to customize any style, all you have to do is drop an email mentioning your requirements and your contact details at customizaton@fasheen.com, and our designers will get in touch with you.

Shipping

Are there any shipping charges?

A shipping charge of Rs 150 will be levied on orders below Rs 2000. Any order value of Rs Rs 2000 and above will enjoy free shipping.

How does your delivery process work?

Fasheen partners with reputed logistics providers. Once you place an order, the product gets picked up from our warehouse and gets delivered to your doorstep. You also get updates at every stage to help track the progress. Alternatively, you can also to go the ‘My Orders’ section on the website to track the order.

Is COD available at my location?

We do not offer COD services. We encourage you to pay via credit card, debit card, net banking or UPI.

What should I do if I miss the delivery?

Our delivery partner will try to deliver your package at the preferred time shared by you. In case, you miss the delivery, it will be attempted again on the next day. We try to make three attempts on consecutive days. If you miss all the attempts, the product will be returned to us. In this case, a charge of Rs 200 will be deducted to cover for the shipping and reverse shipping, and the balance will be refunded to you as per our refund policy.

Do you deliver all over India?

Yes, we deliver pan India.

What should I do if my shipment has been tampered?

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Please take a picture of the package and email us at customercare@fasheen.com, along with your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost.

Billing and payment

What are the various payment options I can use?

You can pay via debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. If you are facing any difficulty in completing your transaction, reach out to us at customercare@fasheen.com, and our customer service agents will get in touch with you.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are no hidden charges. All the prices shown on the website are final prices, inclusive of GST.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on Fasheen?

All credit card and debit card payments on Fasheen are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

What if the amount got debited from my account, but I have not received any confirmation email or message?

While we try our level best to ensure you so not face any inconvenience in your shopping experience, there could be an instance where this could happen due to unforeseen reasons. Do not worry at all! Please write to us at customercare@fasheen.com and we will resolve the issue asap.

Cancellations and Modifications

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped out, as long as the cancellation option is available on the website. Any payment made will be credited back to the source of origin withing 7 - 10 days.

How do I cancel my order?

 Go to the ‘My Orders’ section under the main menu of the website, select the product and click on cancel.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

At Fasheen, we stand behind the quality of our products, and we will provide a full refund for the cost of the product if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason (subject to the product being eligible for return/ exchange). Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the goods, please click here to know more about the Return Policy.

How do I place an exchange or return request on Fasheen?

If you would like to exchange products purchased from Fasheen, please follow below mentioned steps:

You can create exchange or return for products purchased from Fasheen within the specified return/exchange period from the ‘My Orders’ section of the website or mobile site. Here you can generate an exchange id. Please note down your exchange id for future reference.

Place the product in a packet but do not seal it. Please ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.

Hand over the original product to our delivery partner. In case of exchange, you will receive the exchange item from him.

You should be able to track the status of your exchange requests under ‘My Orders’.

When will I receive a refund for my returned product?

After the refund has been initiated by Fasheen, you will get your refund in the following manner:

Fasheen credits – Instant

Online refund – 7-10 days

It is important to note here that we will initiate the refund after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Fasheen may at its sole discretion, and request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. Customised products are not eligible for return.

In the event the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Fasheen assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, please call our customer care.

General queries

Do you give discounts to first time buyers?

Yes, we do offer a discount to first time buyers. You can see the offers and discount coupons once you put products in your shopping bag or cart.

Can I send Fasheen product as a gift?

Yes, you can drop us an email at customercare@fasheen.com, and we will happily gift wrap the product and send it to your loved one.
