REFUND POLICY

Fasheen offers a 100% refund policy in case you wish to cancel an order or return a product within 7 days from the date of purchase. For orders that have not been shipped we can process a refund immediately. However for delivered goods, we can issue the refund once the goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refund for items bought in-store: If you've returned a store-bought item, your refund will go back to the same payment method you used for the purchase. If that's not possible, our store team will suggest an alternative method.

Refund for online purchases: For returns of online purchases, your refund will be credited using the same payment method you used when making the purchase. If you paid by cash on delivery, we'll refund you through a bank transfer after we confirm your payment. If you prefer cash, you can request your refund at any of our stores. Just keep in mind that payment confirmation usually takes at least 5 working days.


If you've provided your bank details during the return process, all refunds for this order will be done via bank transfer. Once your return is processed, we'll email you a confirmation. If more than 14 days pass without receiving your refund, please share this confirmation with your bank to expedite the process.
